In India, we have thousands of students who aspire to take admission in B.Ed course. Many students want to choose the teaching profession. Again, teaching jobs require candidates to have studied B.Ed. So, every year a bulk of students enrol themselves for B.Ed. So, this is the case with regular B.Ed admission. But, what happens when you miss the deadline of application? Sounds weird right? Often we receive queries from students that they have missed the application last date, or the admission has been closed or their name is not included in the counselling list. All these questions arouse much discomfort and stress. But, today we will like to inform you that if you among those students who are denied admission or have missed it, can still complete B.Ed. Relieved now? Okay. So this is not impossible to take admission to a B.Ed course after admission is closed. However, let’s see how and where you can take admission to the B.Ed course.


If you couldn’t take admission in any B.Ed institute within the given time or your name has not been enlisted in the counselling list–  you need not worry. You still can take admission to B.Ed courses in Haryana for the 2021- 2023 session. The admission process remains open till July/ August in Haryana. So, during this long time, you can decide and choose your desired college. You can take admission to Kurukshetra University, Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Maharishi Dayanand University and so on. All of these are government universities.

The online registration and application are going to start in June or July. Dates are not yet published by the respective colleges and universities.


The students who are willing to take admission to the B.Ed course need to meet the below requirements.

  • They must be citizens of India.
  • They should have completed UG/PG from any recognized college/university.
  • Students must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in their UG/PG examination.
  • Students from reserved categories should have passed with an aggregate of 47.5% in UG/PG.
  • Applicants holding a one-year diploma cannot apply.


Candidates who apply for the B.Ed course, need to pay 1000 INR as the application fee.

How To Do B.Ed After Admission Close


We would like to elaborate on the steps of taking admission to the B.Ed colleges. If you wish to apply to this course, please follow the steps mentioned below.

  1. Visit the official websites of the respective universities
  2. Go to the B.Ed admission 2021 section
  3. Enter your personal details that are asked
  4. You need to upload your educational testimonials like the last qualifying exam mark sheet, class 10 mark sheet, class 12 mark sheet.
  5. You need to upload your recent photograph and signature
  6. Submit the application fee

We request you to save or download the copy of your application for future reference.

The applicants can submit their college preferences. There is no maximum limit of college selection. The university and college officials will publish a list of available seats for B.Ed admission in govt and private institutions. If an applicant is invited and allocated a seat, he or she has to appear physically before the authorities for counselling. Applicants need to produce original copies of their testimonials at this stage along with required photocopies.

  • Candidates who had a gap of year/ years need to submit a gap certificate

Lastly, if you haven’t been allotted a seat in the B.Ed course, you need not worry. There is still another path. You can get admission to the universities of Haryana by following the above-mentioned steps and requirements. Government and non-government colleges and universities in Haryana invite applications from students belonging to other states also. In some of the colleges, candidates have to appear in the entrance exams. However, getting admission in a B.Ed course is not impossible in Haryana after you have missed admission elsewhere.
